We left the beautiful Erg Chebbi and drove along ZIZ Valley until Rich where we turned of to left on R706 towards Bou Azmou. It was wonderful there and even if I am not so big fan of mountains I need to admit that it was wonderful the whole way through the Atlas.

The road was occasionally quite bad and small, but it was OK for to drive anyway. Only when it was other car in opposite direction it was a little difficult to pass.
Here it shows good how narrow the road is so with the oncoming cars we got to drive off with one side of the car in only stones.
And sheep were overall there, I like them so much to look at. Not understand that they can find any food there when it is only stones, stones and stones, and sometimes some small grass pieces.
Sheep, donkeys and camels are my favorite animals, pity I cannot have any of them at home, but it is too cold in Winter in Sweden of course LOL
It was so cold this time in April, not so many people were outside, all villages we passed was almost empty.
It began be darker so when we arrived to Ait Hani we decide to stay over night there at one small hotel. It was cold there too, no one heating, nothing, but fortunately the water was warm so I could take a hot shower to warm me.
It was nice place, we were alone there. Not so many others, they were afraid of Arab Spring probably. We got very good dinner, not tajine or couscous, it was something like beef stew with ris. The owner said that he know that clients are often a little tired and eat tajine and couscous all the time, so he cook every time something different.
Next morning we continued to Todra Gorge and this time it was more nice than last time when there were so many people, shops and decorated rock. Now it was really nice so I was glad to decide to drive this way back to Ouarzazate. Really a very big difference, it was fantastic.
Only here was a little decoration and one shop, but I think it was all on the whole way through Todra Gorge.
From grey rocks and cliffs we arrived to red rocks and hills, to Dades where I never have been before. But this time I had still a little time before to continue to Ouarzazate so we took a short trip through. But unfortunately we could not go the whole way until Msemrir and even see this famous and maybe also dangerous road down. The car we drove with was not so good and we wanted not to have it broken, of course. It has gone well, anyway, the whole long way from Erg Chebbi. It was not rented car, but one friend borrowed it to us, so we needed to be careful and nice with this car.
Truly amazing it was, nature is an artist I have to say.
Then it was finish with the trip and we continued to Ouarzazate where I would stay over and next day go by bus to Marrakech. As usual, the time was going fast, but I know that I come back quite soon again.
